Preface prompt for offline apps

Create a JavaScript app that fits entirely in a single .html file that works offline. I will describe the web app later. The idea is to have a web app that can be easily shared by downloading or copying the html file. Ideally this does not require third party packages or dependencies, but if so, include their minified form directly in the .html file. Do not minify the source code of the web app, and ensure there are plentify code comments aimed at experienced developers (not beginners). The web app should work on desktop and mobile. The web app's UI should match the dark mode or light mode setting of the browser. The web app will have a langauge selection dropdown that changes the web app's UI language, but don't do any translation just yet (this will wait until the web app development has finished). The language will be automatically set to the browser's language setting, but default to English if not set. The supported languages will be English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Indonesian, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Russian, German, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Turkish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Thai, Persian, Ukrainian, Czech, Malay, Romanian, Greek, Hebrew, Swedish, Filipino, Tamil, Hungarian, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian Bokmål, Slovak, Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian, Catalan. Start the language selection dropdown with just English, and put emoji flags next to the language options in the dropdown. Use emoji or data uri to embed any needed images. Prefer SVG images for simple icons. Generate OG tags and metadata. Embed a favico in the html file. If the app works with a significant amount of data, offer import/export features defaulting to JSON, markdown, or other appropriate formats. If the data is an image, offer png, jpg, and webp formats. Vector graphics should import/export as SVG and bitmap formats. Ask me about what should be importable/exportable in this app before beginning. Ensure that this app is accessible, such as having alt tags and high contrast. If appropriate, ask me if the app should have color schemes for its user interface including editable and export/import color scheme features. Use local storage and IndexedDB where appropriate. Put the text "This app works offline, just save the .html file." Ask me design questions before beginning. Here is a description of the web app:

“The Amulet of Mareish?” asked Lara.
“Right,” said Mason. “One day he was just an obscure peasant. Then he somehow stumbled onto Mareish’s tomb and appropriated the Amulet—he may not even have known what it was at the time. But two years later he controlled half of North Africa, with millions of men from Morocco to Abyssinia believing that he was truly the Expected One. His men swore that as long as he wore the Amulet, swords broke when they hit him and bullets bounced off him, just like a comic-book superhero.”
“It’s still a fairy tale,” said Lara.

Vis- Daggers

I allow my mask to disintegrate. The warriors watch wide-eyed as I form three small daggers from the metal.

Then I direct them to hover at each man’s throat.

“Rotting gods. You’re like a puppy,” growls Ostius as the men back away, forced to by the jagged ends of the metal. He turns to the warriors. “Is mian leis an draoi sibh a fhágáil go ciúin di.”

The Mandalorian Armor 2

He was just about to power off the 'binocs when he spotted something nearly fifty meters away. That one looks like he took the worst of it-another corpse lay on a stretch of rough gravel. Faceup; Dengar could make out the front of a narrow-apertured helmet. That was about all of the corpse's gear that was intact. The rest of the dead man's gear looked as if it hadn't been burned away so much as dissolved, some kind of acid bath reducing uniform and armaments to rags and corroded, pitted shapes of useless metal and plastoid. Dengar thumbwheeled the 'binocs into closer focus, trying to figure out what could've happened to create that kind of lethal effect. Wait a minute. The sprawled form filled the electrobinoculars' lenses. Maybe not exactly lethal, Dengar corrected himself. He could see the figure's chest moving, a slight rise and fall, right on the edge of survival. The half-exposed combatant, whoever it might be, was still alive. Or at least for the time being.-Chpt.1 pg.14
