I noticed that you mentioned that the client has a [PR team and/or existing PR guidelines]. Before I move forward with this project, I wanted to make sure that you have connected with the client about Semantic Seed Releases and their expectations for this service.
While Semantic Seed Releases are not traditional PR, they can appear that way to clients because they are published like press releases on PRWeb. However, these seed releases are created with the purpose of optimizing for the target query, not exclusively to share client news like traditional press releases are. For more information on this, you can review the Guru card [LINK TO EITHER GEO SEMANTIC OR SEMANTIC SERVICE GURU CARD].
I noticed that the client's email address was added to this request. For Semantic Seed Releases, we do not use the client's email address due to verification processes that are required by our press release partner that significantly slow down our workflow.
Instead, we use a WebFX-affiliated email address that we monitor for any important emails regarding the client. However, it is very unlikely for the client to receive a direct lead from their seed release. If this ever occurred, we would forward any messages to the account manager to send to the client.
