Schutzrechte dürfen nicht isoliert betrachtet werden. Es reicht nicht, dass ein Unternehmen formal Rechte an Figuren, Marken, Software, Hardware, Plattformen oder Patenten besitzt. Entscheidend muss auch sein, ob diese Rechte fair, transparent und im Sinne der Gaming- und Nutzercommunity ausgeübt werden.
