Hi everyone especially members who may not have had a chance to keep up with all messages and are confused when you suddenly faced with an event or battle. It’s been 11 days since i started this game and I had to pick up most things by trial and error. I figured it might help to give some quick tips that i learnt: - Difference between leading rallies and joining rallies Rally captain get all of their heroes expedition skills as buff to the rally, while only 4 first slot heroes of rally joiners will be selected to contribute expedition skill, and only the first skill. Which is why for attack we always ask for chenko first hero (her first skill increase lethality which is the most important stat for killing), (yeonwo and amane are also alternatives if no chenko). And def howard (1st skill dmg reduction) or gordon (1st skill health increase) to improve survivability. But the MOST IMPORTANT, is to fill up rallies since we would benefit from the strongest players leading rallies, their strongest heroes all 3 skills , but also they can make a big rally size. Example when we fought NoW, the opp garrison size was 500k, so we’d also need to fill the biggest rally capacity member albee by supporting him with troops to fight that big number. - Important tactics during big battles In battles where we are fighting control over facilities like harvest altar +5% resource production speed, forager grove +5% resource gathering speed, arsenal +5% squads attack (to everyone in alliance as long as we control it), we need to be coordinated in the way we fight just like how we managed to win harvest altar . *ATK VS DEF SWITCHING* Learn switching btw atk and defence When you attack either as rally captain or rally joiner, when we win control, the heroes ending up in garrison during the winning rally are attack heroes. So we need: 1. To get our defensive heroes like howard and gordon to garrison there with troops 2. Dispatch as much troops as possible In order to this you need to do the atk-def formation switch. The moment you see that we have won control over the facility, quickly dispatch your defence hero with troops, and look at the timer of its arrival. At the moment you see it hit 5-6 secs remaining, quickly press “recall” at the garrison to recall your atk heroes and your def hero with troops will arrive just in time to the garrison. The immediately start dispatching troops to garrison to make sure that we can fill the numbers in the garrison. *HEALING* In big battles, never heal all troops as it takes too long. When you see the heal icon appear: - click on it, reduce number of troops to be healed at a time such that the healing time takes about 30 minutes - Then click heal and click send help You will see the healing completes fast, and then immediately dispatch newly healed troops, and continue the batch healing again, rinse and repeat. In this way, we will always be sending a constant stre of troops to bolster the garrison and make it hard for opp to win control. *ENEMY DOUBLE/TRIPLE LOOP ATTACK RALLIES* In some cases opp will hit with multiple rallies in a row at garrison troops, and you will notice the number of troops that you sent decreased despite not icon to heal. At the moment the last enemy rally hit, recall troops and dispatch troops again and you will see your numbers get restored.
