Hi NAME!

This project is complete!

Here is the published URL which includes a link/mention for the client: [PUBLISHED URL LINK]

We are excited to share that we secured this placement on a DR 51+ site at no additional cost to the client! Please share this as a special "on the house," WOW opportunity for them. While we can’t provide this level of upgrade for every project, we were thrilled to grab this high-authority win for the brand this month.

[Remove if not applicable] CLIENT is currently showing up in X different AI search engines for the intended keyword!

You can find reporting on this content placement in the new OmniSEO App! Here's a link to the page where you can scroll down to find this placement and check out details on this site we published on: [INSERT URL OF YOUR CLIENT'S OMNI BRAND VIZ DASH - HERE'S AN EXAMPLE FOR AerosUSA: https://app.omniseo.com/ai/2857/overview]

You can also click out from there to the AI SEO Results page to see individual terms the client is ranking for & how WebFX's seed placements have contributed to those rankings.

Please Note: We will start to see preliminary data in the Omni Dash on this article shortly, but we will get even more accurate AI data at the next dashboard “refresh” (which happens quarterly). In the meantime, you are encouraged to share the preliminary SEO article data that is in the dashboard, share info/screenshots of the client showing up in the AI bots that I mentioned above, and revisit the campaign later to track the results over time! Please also note that AI optimization is best viewed as a campaign, and our client's placement for a target question may change over time if we are not pursuing an ongoing strategy.

Here's a video on how to navigate the dashboard & explain the highlights of these types of projects to your clients: https://www.loom.com/share/cc650f22c0de4ab4adc7c005c40bf153?sid=b51be0fb-f901-492c-8309-2e909aadedc9

And here's a Guru card on the OmniSEO Brand Visibility Dashboard as well: https://app.getguru.com/card/TRdpnjnc/Product-OmniSEO-AI-SEO-Dashboard

We encourage you to share this reporting through AnalyticsFX when you're ready to go over the data with the client.

Let us know if you have any questions! Thanks!
