Hi [INSERT PS NAME],

We plan to launch [INSERT STAGING URL] on [DATE] and have added this task to prepare for the launch. I will comment here as soon as we launch so you can kick this task off immediately.

Once I comment here to go ahead please:
* Complete all items on this list [INSERT LINK to PM: Post Launch] that are marked “PS.”

When working on this:
* If you have any questions about an item, please comment directly on that item and check with me if needed.
* Please do not check items off. Instead, once you’ve addressed an item, assign it back to me so I can double-check

When done:
* Comment on this task to notify me that you have completed these items and assigned them to me on the list.

Thank you!
