WHAT IS THIS FOLDER?
This folder contains everything you need to launch your Republic.co campaign.
Each file is one piece of the campaign. Read them in order (01, 02, 03...).

HOW TO USE THESE FILES:
1. Read each file — it tells you what it is and where it goes on Republic
2. Open Republic.co and create your account
3. Start with the Teaser Page (free) using file place in where in the browser 01
4. If you need help pasting into Republic's forms, give the file to Claude on
   the web (claude.ai) and say "Help me paste this into Republic's campaign form"
5. Each file has enough context that web Claude can help without backstory

WHAT TO DO FIRST:
- File 01: Company summary — needed for the Teaser Page (free, no commitment)
- File 07: Team bios — needed for credibility
- File 10: Legal checklist — give this to Jacob ASAP (LLC needs to exist first)

  02_pitch_page_full.txt ..... Full campaign page copy
  03_business_plan.txt ....... Complete business plan
  04_use_of_funds.txt ........ Where the investment money goes
  05_investor_perks.txt ...... What investors get at each tier
  06_financial_projections.txt Revenue, costs, break-even
  07_team_bios.txt ........... Doug, Jacob, Noah, Rachel
  08_pitch_video_script.txt .. Script for the 2-3 min pitch video
  09_faq.txt ................. Investor FAQ
  10_legal_checklist.txt ..... Jacob's to-do list (LLC, SEC, etc.)
  11_hardware_spec.txt ....... The standard LMDC build (parts + costs)
  12_franchise_model.txt ..... How the franchise works

REPUBLIC SUBMISSION ORDER:
  Phase 1 (Teaser Page — free, do this now):
    → File 01 (summary) + a logo + one web link

  Phase 2 (Full Campaign — after Republic approves your teaser):
    → Files 02-09 fill out the campaign page
    → File 10 is Jacob's legal checklist
    → Files 11-12 are product details for the campaign
