Revised Deployment Timeline: The initial go-live date at the end of October is no longer feasible due to the following reasons:

Audit Support: Riaan is currently involved in gathering audit documentation, which is an operational requirement.

Challenges with the TRACCS Testing Environment: The QA environment for the TRACCS system is not user-accessible. This situation requires additional time for Riaan to train users on how to test the reassessment function and handle month-end processes.

Reassessment Testing Cycles: To mitigate the risk of data inaccuracies during re-assessments, we have added two testing cycles to the project plan. Two testing periods —one for October month-end as a sanity check and another post-month-end to validate depreciation calculations. This ensures that the deployment is faultless before going live.
